This project is part of Data Science Nanodegree Program by Udacity, and explores the Airbnb listing dataset of Milan. Based on Cross-Industry Standard Process of Data Mining (CRISP-DM), the project answers 3 business questions:
- Which is the best neighborhood to stay in, according to range of prices, number of accomodations and reviews score?
- What are the most popular amenities in Milanese accomodations?
- What are the most important features to estimate Airbnb rental price?
