This Leaflet plugin adds the BOM (Bureau of Meteorology) storm radar over the map to show the direction of incoming rain clouds. Tiles from BOM weather https://weather.bom.gov.au/
Currently set to static as the looping tiles has a bug when changing zoom levels.
