Installation goes fine, but importing it causes ModuleNotFoundError: Hironsan/HateSonar#127

Installing scikit-learn 0.22.2.post1 fixes this as Hironsan/HateSonar#127 (comment), but it shows this project has an unmaintained dependency.

Since it doesn't work anyway for anything other than English, maybe make it optional too?

Maybe both

Making it optional (in the same fashion as polyglot is)
Freezing the scikit-learn version in requirements.txt

I don't want removing it because the sentiment analysis made by hate sonar is best than the one doing by polyglot imo.
