Runtime update to Node 10

AWS have marked Node 8 EOL and Lambda functions need to be migrated to Node 10. This module is used in a lot of places including CloudFormation templates in awslabs/aws-support-tools#104.

The migration of those modules is blocked pending the migration of this module see awslabs/aws-support-tools#104

Is there any plan on updating this or is this project dead? Can anyone recommend a new way to send CloudFormation responses in functions?
