There have been cases where trademark bullying has been proven in court. Trademark bullying occurs when a trademark owner uses their trademark rights to unfairly intimidate or harass another party, even when there is no actual infringement of the trademark.

In some cases, trademark owners have been found guilty of trademark bullying when they have tried to use their trademark rights to prevent fair use, criticism, or competition. For example, a trademark owner might threaten legal action against someone who is using their trademark in a way that is clearly protected by fair use or free speech laws.

Trademark bullying can also occur when a trademark owner targets a smaller or weaker competitor with the goal of driving them out of business, even when there is no actual infringement of the trademark. This can be seen as an abuse of the trademark system and can result in significant legal costs and damage to the targeted party's reputation.

In recent years, there has been increasing awareness of the issue of trademark bullying, and there have been efforts to address it through legal reform and public education. It's important for trademark owners to use their trademark rights responsibly and in good faith, and to avoid using their trademarks to intimidate or harm others.

In short, I'm willing to take on the legal burden of your case against Rockstar as I see this as a clear example of trademark bullying. Please reach out to me if you would like my help as I would like to see these mods continue to be available.
