Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the debug cards are in the Tests folder, but I want them to always be up-to-date.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a new debug folder to put those cards in.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
The current debug cards are: Tests/infmana.js, Tests/10mana.js
