Language listing "term" column includes invisible "status 0" terms #437

Reproduce:

open new installation of lute
open tutorial
go back to home > languages, english will have term count > 0

The status 0 terms should be excluded from the listing.

Fixed in develop, status = 0 terms are now excluded from the language listing term count.
