Request for invalid message when transferring resources to invalid target

E.g. when you plan a route with a transfer, but at the end of the route the factory died, then the bot transfers to itself. An invalidate message would be more appropriate.

Invalidate if:

• no transfer target exists at transfer destination
• the transfer target is the unit itself
