Fedora packager here; I'm packaging crates enumset and enumset_derive as Fedora packages.

Would you mind adding README and LICENSE files in the crates?

To clarify, you mean in the published crates and not the actual repository, correct?

Right!

RPM packages are created from the crate, and should include the documentation and license files.
