Instead of the cleanup file, an uninstaller can be created that will make sure everything is done swiftly. Also, it may help people who aren't quite tech-savvy avoid confusion and any potential mistakes.

I think we should as well add an auto-close function or warn about the app not being closed so there won't be any conflicts.
