Add a flag to set a single variable in the render context

I'd like a flag to easily set one variable in the context. This could be a constant defined by the user of the template or used for only passing through some variables from the environment.

tpl --var VISUAL="$VISUAL" - or tpl --var fancy=true --json audit.json ./report.tpl
