This occurs for words with a lot of relations and not for those with only a few. For example, "seen" vs "job". Detection of new or updated Context.sublime-menu files doesn't always occur before the processing of the event. Currently the work around is to reload the context menu by right clicking a second time. Ideally, that would be unnecessary.
