I CANT START IT UP PLEASE HALP MEH

Every single time i open Masgau it will give me the error and i can't fix it! I've tried reinstalling it and restarting my PC to no avail, halp me, anyone, please!

Can you provide the content of the log file specified int he error message?

Okay guess I should've done that too, I cannot upload a .log file so here is a picture of the file when I open it...

I had to wrap the text to fit it into the window though really hope it helps!

The error says that it can't access the settings.xml file in the install folder. You'll need to adjust the permission there for it to launch.

okay so I enabled the permissions on the settings.xml file and it worked for a bit, but then I got another error, couldn't get a screenshot of it before i fixed it, it said something like "tried to perform unauthorized action" so looking at where the loading stopped (it was at loading game XMLs or something like that) I went back to the program file and edited the permissions of xmldata.dll and it seemed to work. I can only run the program on "all users mode" though...
