Add timeseers to Pypi

Would it be possible to add timeseers to Pypi so that one could use pip install timeseers to install it?

Hi!

That's definitely possible, but I wouldn't consider the package to be 'ready' to be used as-is so I'm not sure how useful it is to pip install it as you'd probably want to make some changes to the code to make it useful for your use-case.
