Is your feature request related to a problem?

Durability Ping seems to ping for every tool once it hits a threshold, however most don't care about this threshold except for endgame and enchanted gear.

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to designate which tools should ping, such as 'diamond' tier or higher would aid in reducing the messages to only required tools.
