Expected behaviour

The on-the-fly transformation appears in the dev doc: https://www.mdanalysis.org/mdanalysis/.

Actual behaviour

It does not, likely because a rst stub is needed in https://github.com/MDAnalysis/mdanalysis/tree/develop/package/doc/sphinx/source/documentation_pages.
