Our September developers call is scheduled for Thursday, 09/21 at 4:00 PM CET / 9:00AM CDT / 10:00 AM EDT / 2:00PM UTC / 7:00 AM PST / 1:00AM (Friday) AEST Check your time here.
Note This is an hour earlier than other recent meetings to make attendance from Australia slightly less unpleasant.

Meeting ID: 161 205 2629
Passcode: 162769

Agenda

There are lots of things to discuss! I had to make some decisions on what to plan to cover and prioritize. Please look to make sure topics you want to discuss are included. Two things I definitely want to discuss are what to do with the old meica decision tree (See last comment of #952) and want we want to document in report.txt (#959)

Also, there are 3 PRs ready for review. It would be nice to have them approved before the meeting or get a few more eyes on them in advance of the meeting so that they can be better discussed: #948 #963 #747

Thank you @handwerkerd. Yes, I would like to attend the zoom call. I would appreciate it if we could meet earlier, however, I understand if it is not possible.

Could other recent attendees let us know your availability? @tsalo @eurunuela @n-reddy @marco7877 @dowdlelt @NaomiGaggi
Options are:

  • Planning to attend, but only the announced time works for me
  • Planning to attend & can also meet 1h earlier
  • Planning to attend & can also meet 2h earlier
  • Won't attend or unsure if can attend this month

We've had some turn-over since our last schedule change so we can spend a bit of time at this meeting to decide if I should keep checking every month or if we want to make a standing change.

Although neither of you are regularly attending, I'm also tagging @effigies & @emdupre since shifting earlier will adversely affect the PDT time zone & you might have a sense if that will exclude soon-to-be-interested attendees. (Scheduling for Europe, US, and Australia is... hard)

I can make the regular time (11 EDT) or one hour earlier, but not two hours earlier.
