Warzone command

The warzone command is, by default, available for all the operators. It's the command to sets a war zone on a chunk, players won't be able to build anymore, it's a zone to fight.
Arguments between [] are optionnal, example, in the syntax /warzone [param2], the argument param2 is optionnal.
/warzone [remove] : Sets the chunk where you're standing to a warzone if no arguments are specified. If remove is specified, and that the chunk you're standing on is a warzone, it removes this zone.
