Consider having a controlled vocabulary for growth facility types #4

Since growth facility types are not listed in any external ontology, we should consider refactoring the ontology such that growth_facility hasGrowthFacilityType growth_facility_type, with the latter being an enumerated class listing the possible individuals (field, growth chamber, greenhouse, nursery)
