Implement rating interface of canonicalization outputs

Implement user interface allowing users to mark canonicalization outputs as

• valid canonicalization,
• invalid canonicalization,
• uncertain canonicalization, or
• remove canonicalization result evaluation.

These categories should be integrated with the statistical reports (#14).

If current state satisfies requirements then yes. What is questionable is that if there should be an option which would allow us to delete previous ratings. If there is no need for it then consider it as implemented.
