Unpublish Event is not taken into account when pulling in events

Expected behavior

Have the newly pulled events from a synced server in 'unpublished' state.

Actual behavior

Newly pulled events are immediately published.

The events were shared with a sharing group.

This feature was intended for the PUSH technique, and I believe is going to disappear soon if I'm not mistaken @iglocska ?
