[ISSUE][Sagemaker] Add Model Termination and Cleanup in Sagemaker notebook

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Notebook 02.ML_in_Cloud.ipynb doesn't include steps for cleaning and terminating the hosted model. This cloud cost for unused hosted endpoint.

Solution from one of the docs suggest to do it manually: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/ex1-cleanup.html

However, there is a way to terminate it down from notebook if I recall.
