The possible difference between local clumping and server clumping

Hi everyone,
My supervisor asked me to replicate the results of the other student.
I used local clumping while she used the server clumping in last November. Now server clumping is not available.
However, the results of SNPs we obtained are not identical for some exposures.

I want to ask the experience of you guys. Will it have different results of the two clumping methods?
