Project for Health Systems: EDA and SIR model for COVID-19 Prediction in R.
In this project, first of all an updated version of the data was dynamically loaded from WHO site, an EDA phase was performed for cleaning and preparing the data and then proceeded to the creation of a predictive SIR model for the panedmic curve.
