Enable custom shield does not work Properly

hi..it seems that i cant use the custom shield patch on 2013-08-07a..it always gives me a "nil value" error..
i wonder why he could use it without getting the same error i got? is there any way to get around this?

its working now. but you need to copy the shieldtable_F file from the support folder. The issue was in there. Dont worry you wont need to change any of your custom shields.
