Need to add more options when converting model files to other formats for viewing.

Options needed:

xy coordinates [ lat/lon | easting/northing] and need to be able to specify units and coordinate system [ utm | datum ]
z coordinates [ positive up | positive down ]
need to able to specify a clip for all 3 dimensions.
