是吗？我只知道它的http会被RST，我目前用过的运营商还没有见到有屏蔽的。

中文博客导航列表目前会不定时推送网站到互联网档案馆进行存档。

如 @linlinzzo 所说保存到「互联网档案馆」也是一种方法，他们在Firefox 和 Chrome 上有扩展，可以设置自动归档

这个不算全自动的，还得用浏览器提交，做成ci脚本可能还好
