Backend sends progressive download "stream" of FLAC file to client if lossless playback is request
Lossless FLAC playback from web interface
- Goal: avoid plugin requirements!
- Ideas: Perhaps implement FLAC bit stream decode via JS. Only issue is IE browser compatibility but let's assume IE users don't care about FLAC playback.

Web Audio APIs were just standardized across browsers (including even iOS 6) - http://badassjs.com/post/25174050115/flac-js-aurora-and-the-future-of-web-audio
