When we implemented this, we assumed that all tabs labeled "PRO" will have only PRO features in them. However, the "Speed Up" tab has lazyLoad (that's included with the LITE version as well).

I think those 'PRO' labels might be interfering with option discovery as users will be turned away form clicking on something that has the "PRO" label on it.
