add a -f --format option

This would be identical in function as the -r --role option. It would load a prompt extension that makes sure the context of the response is in the format request ...

Lets have a sub-directory of $AIA_PROMPTS_DIR named formats where prompt files like, json.txt markdown.txt ruby.txt python.txt bash.txt etc.

Tje fpr,at prompts would be such that the constrain the response to the specified format.
