Support for post-processing directives

The collection of directives makes no distinction between directives that are applied before a prompt is given to the LLM for processing and a directive that is intended to act upon the response.

In aia some directives are used to prepend content to the prompt text. Its now looking at directives that are intended to use the response from the LLM processing in some sort of batch processing way.
