We don't have a condensed script of best practice checks suitable for Azure SQL, but there actually is one developed by Microsoft, available here:

https://github.com/microsoft/azure-sql-tips

Regardless, it would be preferable to create our own variation of best practice checks similar to this but specific for AzureSql.

NOTE: This is a continuation of an identical issue in the old repository: MadeiraData/MadeiraToolbox#5
