Upgraded Gradle

I forked it and won't do a PR just in-case you have other plans for it, but just FYI I've upgraded the gradle stuff to 7.5.1 here: https://github.com/atsb/Catacomb-Snatch

Just a note. Due to this upgrade, JLWGL no longer has the same API for Game Controllers (GamePad/Joystick support). It also (anything more than Java 7) appears to break the SoundSystem from paulscode. This should be removed entirely and another audio system used in its place. The MacAppBundle also is removed as that project has not upgraded their gradle versions and it breaks the gradle build.

I had similar issues in my local repo, was looking to upgrade things couple of months ago.
but things came up and i didn't look any further.

Was wondering about this project. Never seemed to have any instructions besides old ones before the project had upgraded libraries and possibly new handler settings.

A lot of the Wiki seems to have broken/empty links, or obsolete information.

Was expecting to see some in the readme so I could check the current situation.

Probably made a mess with my copy, but just seemed not to incorporate some important PRs and other solutions that seemed to match the appropriate systems. No code changes, just to start working.
