Fallback image of DOB should be updated to differ from NFT

Before the image is loaded, the fallback background will be displayed as an NFT.

DOB is the new concept that should be highlighted to differ from NFT

So I suggest making updates as follows

1. if the item is of DOB, change to URL from '/nft-collectionand/nft-infoto/dob-collectionand/dob-info`
2. when a page of /dob-* is visited, the fallback background should be DOB instead of NFT.

Maybe we can make the pages of DOB a bit more fashioned than other NFT pages.
