Converting from Volts to RF

Hello, I am currently playing Ozone 3 modpack which allows me to make the Mag solar panel, it ofc creates volts from the sun but I cannot find a way to convert that to Red Flux, I can take red Flux and convert it into volts, but I cannot find any info anywhere as to how to revert that. Feed the beast said there was a kinetic generator that does that but i cannot find it anywhere.

Connectors convert electricity to RF to power the attached machines, you can also use en Electric Engine which is able to convert large amounts of electricity to RF
