Not receiving emails to my inbox #18

I tried logging into a website which has OTP authentication. OTP has been sent to the mail7.io mail, but when i refresh & check there is no email sent to my mail7.io mail inbox. Please help to check.

Same here. Sending to other email services does work perfect.

Emails are not generating, we see there is down time in mail7
