Allow user to select derivation path for Eth Ledger wallet

Ledger Live increments different components of the derivation path compared to how existing browser wallets derived addresses. To ensure users can access accounts using both methods, existing wallet apps now give the user the option to select the path to use, we should also offer a similar option.

Yes it's been already implemented in a dev branch, it will be released in alpha 4.
