Error Messages Under Windows XP and Windows 7

Downloaded ZIP from master repository and tried to execute
Under Windows XP SP3 error message "The NtCreateFile API failed. This error should never be returned to an application..." occurs. Windows 7 reports file "cggl.dll" as being missing.
Following LeonardL's advice in issue #7, after adding the dll-file Windows XP reports "An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.". Windows 7 reports "cggl.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error."
It is not possible to run grblize.exe on either platform.
