Suggest supported Jupyter notebook editors if WGLMakie incompatibility is detected

It is extremely slick that the WGLMakie Javascript can be injected into plotting panels within IJulia Jupyter notebook. Unfortunately, this does not work for other notebook editors:

• VSCode notebook: VSCode notebook viewer not implemented #2989
• Jupyter lab: Figures don't appear in Jupyter Lab #3117
• MyBinder: WGLMakie does not work within mybinder.org - no plot appears #2405

Supporting all of these notebook editors is likely impractical. Maybe, however, it is relatively easy to detect an "unsupported notebook environment" and print an error suggesting supported alternatives?
