It is extremely slick that the WGLMakie Javascript can be injected into plotting panels within IJulia Jupyter notebook. Unfortunately, this does not work for other notebook editors:
Supporting all of these notebook editors is likely impractical. Maybe, however, it is relatively easy to detect an "unsupported notebook environment" and print an error suggesting supported alternatives?
