Description of problem:
There is no option to open a Native Console for a RHV or Ovirt VM through the service UI.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Order a RHV or Ovirt VM from the Service UI
  2. Attempt to access the Native console

Actual results:
😢

Expected results:
🎉
