Describe the bug

The program exits when downloading stuff

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run .\mangdl dl "one punch man"
  2. At prompt, enter 0
  3. The programs exits cleanly without downloading any manga.

Expected behavior

The program shall download chapters if the site list out that there are chapters.

  • OS: Windows, Linux
  • Version: 3.1.1.0

Additional context

This bug occurs both on Windows and Linux, specifically Arch Linux installable.
