Bug when removing deleted maps from playlist #251

When you delete a map from the (storage) server, then remove it from the playlist using the MapList widget, the map remains in the map list.

How to reproduce

Add a new map to the MapList via the DirectoryBrowser
Delete the map file from the storage server
Remove the map from the MapList
Skip to the next map
At the start of the next map, the deleted map still appears in the MapList widget
