• gallery view button needs to be fixed or be removed, I'll take care of this;
• I'll take care of localizing file info and potentially also error messages;
• To understand why the recording is failing I need more information (in the specific case you've shown, the recording was shorter than one sec, so the encoder wasn't able to capture at least the given amount of frames)
• The ui definitely needs to be adjusted after "failure", I'll take care of this

Thank you for your reply. I found some conflicts after my Pull requests, which I need to deal with in the next two hours. Since I'm personally not very good at using this Pull request, I temporarily closed it and submitted another one when it was ready. Sorry
