In mvvmcross 4.4.0 side menu hamburger icon is not coming

i just updated the mvvmcross to 4.4.0 and ran your solution , in home page no toggle button coming instead two menu menu button coming and i'm unable to block the left navigation because i want only right navigation , Marc can you please fix this problem?

Hey Ramesh, Since MvvmCross 4.40 there have been some breaking changes. I will update the blog and the sample once MvvmCross 5.0 comes out(shouldn't be long) because that has breaking changes again!

thanks for the response marc. any quck fix as of now? i really want to work on that now because tight agile timeline, and your blog is very clean and well understood content. or else can you suggest any alternative ?
