How can I add folders and php files ?

Hi ...i'm really new on this vagrant issue...I already set up your box...and accessing to http://10.11.12.13 (funny gif xD ) ...my problem is how can I add new files and folders ?...I already have a codeigniter proyect so I would like to copy this on webroot folder...but when I enter this url http://10.11.12.13/proyect/ ...it throws me FORBIDDEN ...you don't hace permission ,etc ....how can I solve this ? pls help !!
