In order to make use of .Net Standard 2.0 and / or .Net Core
we would like to be able to use the latest Visual Studio edition.

Currently the build is directly depending on MSBuild version 14.
Not sure if we also need to update the appveyor configuration to get
an image with Visual Studio 2017.
