Describe the bug

When you do /configure message and set SUCCESS_THREAD_CREATE to some message, the idea is that this would be the default value for custom-message, if not stated otherwise. This does not work, and hasn't worked for a long time.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. /configure message SUCCESS_THREAD_CREATE: some value
  2. /configure auto-threading <some channel> enabled: True
  3. Post message in the channel you enabled auto-threading in
  4. See default message instead of SUCCESS_THREAD_CREATE value

Expected behavior

See SUCCESS_THREAD_CREATE value

This has been a bug for months but forgot to create an issue for it. Either way, I'm fixing it in #250
