Discovered Tizen.Sensor.OrientationSensor and a sample application implementing a compass.

See if a compass can be integrated on the watchface. I'm picturing a simple UI element (think triangle) which rotates to always points in the direction of north.
Disable compass in ambient mode.
Need to consider battery life.
