Add support for any number of dashboards

Currently only four dashboards can be assigned to any single instance of Raspexi.
For systems running small screens which may only be able to display a single gauge or two per dashboard this becomes limiting.
Support for any number of dashboards would then allow these users to cycle through more than four or so gauges.
