Problem Description

FTC has never supported external players.

Proposed Solution

Use intents to allow the user to select a media app (ex: vlc) and launch videos externally.

Alternatives Considered

It could be written to use supported links which have custom origins such as app://, but not all apps have those.

Additional Information

It may be necessary to change the UI for the external player settings to accommodate this change.
